Richard oversees Coursera's infrastructure and product development. It is an online education platform connecting content from a top university and industry partners to learners around the world. Prior to joining Coursera, Richard held various engineering leadership roles in LinkedIn; he oversaw the product development for its international expansions. Before that, Richard spent over a decade at Microsoft leading various product development teams, like MSN Hotmail and Active Directory. Richard received his M.Sc. from Stanford University and a B.Sc. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
