Jeffrey is a Director at MindWorks Capital, a leading Pan-Asia VC specializing in technology investments across Greater China and Southeast Asia. The firm currently manages over US$1 billion in total net asset value across its funds with portfolio companies including Lalamove, XTransfer, and Glints. Since joining MindWorks as employee #5 in 2017, Jeffrey has led investments in and serves on the boards of talent platform Glints and property portal 99 Group. He also supports the firm's fund management and capital raising efforts, having been involved in transactions totaling over US$200m in value.

Jeffrey graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a BBA in Information Systems and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
