Frances Lam (Senior Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft)
Born in HK and moved to Seattle in 1993, Frances graduated with a Computer Science degree from U of Washington and worked in Microsoft for 5 years as a software engineer before pursuing the MBA degree at HKUST. After MBA, Frances worked at a startup called NetDimension as a field and digital marketing manager for various markets. She also worked in American Express HK and led the digital and partnership acquisition strategy for their Corporate and Business payment solutions. In 2018, she re-joined Microsoft as a marketer responsible for developing a scale digital demand generation strategy.
