Perry Tam is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Locus Ventures and founder of Storm8 (acquired by Stillfront Group for $300M) . As CEO, Perry Tam sets Storm8’s overall strategic vision. Before co-founding Storm8, Tam was an engineer at Facebook, where he led the payments team that architected Facebook Credits. Previously, he held engineering roles at Guidewire Software and Oracle. Tam is the author of four patents. He received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
