He is also an experienced management and IT consultant leader and has been helped many enterprises in Business/IT strategy planning and also digital transformation thru design thinking and consulting engagement.  He has repeated success in growing business and building a strong and capable organization that would deliver sustained growth.  Esmond is also a seasoned speaker in key emerging technology seminars.

Prior to Oracle, Esmond was a Senior Director at BEA system (acquired by Oracle), and he was a senior consulting manager at HP prior to that.
