Emmanuel A. HUI is a co-founder of Moogene, a gene therapy company listed on the Korean stock exchange (322970.KS). After his first company, HUI then founded Angene - a cancer diagnostic startup backed by the Hong Kong Government Innovation and Technology Commission. In 2019, HUI joined Sagamore Investments as a healthcare and life sciences lead  and is a Principal of the Pentepebble Portfolio. He also serves as a Board Member of the Hong Kong Children's Hospital Research Ethics Committee.

Emmanuel  graduated from Dartmouth as a Senior Fellow in Chemistry.
