Simon is a 4X founder turned investor. His most recent startup PredictionIO was acquired by Salesforce to become the Einstein Platform. He has been at the forefront of the evolution of smart software for the enterprise – from conducting A.I. research in academia and building a machine learning startup to leading the A.I. platform (Einstein) in Salesforce.
He is now running Firsthand Ventures, a pre-seed VC fund for founders building the future of B2B.
Simon holds a B.S.E. degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Ph.D. degree in Machine Learning from University College London.
